Jeffrey A. Bowersox
Founding partner, BOWERSOX LAW FIRM

Jeffrey Alan Bowersox has been a trial lawyer since 1981. He is admitted to the Oregon State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Oregon, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jeff is also routinely admitted to represent clients in other states and federal district courts around the country. Jeff and his law firm can maintain a nationwide practice under the rules of the court in any state. Jeff is a member of the American Association for Justice ("AAJ"), where he is the past Chair of the Section on Toxic, Environmental and Pharmaceutical Torts. Jeff strongly supports the AAJ mission to preserve the right of Trial by Jury for all Americans that are injured by corporate wrong-doing.

Kimberly A. Riedl
Litigation Paralegal

Kim Riedl attended the University of Portland and Portland State University, where she studied administration of justice and business. Kim has been handling litigation preparation responsibilities for Bowersox Law Firm since 2003. As the managing Paralegal, she is also responsible for all file and records management. As the first point of contact for new clients, she develops relationships and ensures 100% client satisfaction.

Kim is a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants and Paralegals, the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, and the Oregon Paralegal Association. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family. She also donates her time to Habitat for Humanity.

Julie Amiton
Office Manager

Julie is the office manager for Bowersox Law Firm. She handles all "back office" functions and communicates with our vendor partners to keep our office systems running smoothly so that we can provide our best legal services to our clients.

Prior to joining the Bowersox Law Firm, Julie spent twelve years at Waggener Edstrom in analyst relations where her primary client was Microsoft Corporation. She is a graduate of Whittier College with a degree in Political Science. When she's not working, Julie enjoys spending time with her family, reading and playing tennis.
